  Awful experience going there. Being treated like a thief. Checks on entry like if I was smuggling toxic waste. Some staff are great and friendly - some are just rude. I don't get the point! We are wasting our time recycling and getting sh!t for it. I could just as well put it all in my landfill bin and safe me some hassle and I tend to do it more and more recently to avoid dreadful visit in Auschwitz sorry Earlswood Recycling Centre.

  Been using the place for over 15 years for my domestic recycling. Always found it easy to use and organised. Like the reuse shop - great way to stop perfectly good items going to waste!

  Made to feel like you are doing something wrong by recycling. On the whole the staff are rude and unfriendly (with the exception of Andy who is a thoroughly nice chap), considering the £1800 council tax bill you would expect something better really.
